Ryan James 

Ryan James has been a Mortgage Loan Officer with Texas Tech Credit Union since June 2021. Ryan enjoys working closely with his clients and loves getting to know them and their families, beyond just the loan process. Ryan always wants his clients to know that he is an advocate for them and wants to make sure they feel comfortable and know all their options during the entire process. Ryan recognizes the home buying process is often one the most significant financial events in their lives and wants them to know he will be there with them from beginning to closing day.

No matter the size of the request, each loan is just as important to him, and providing the best customer service is always a top priority!

Ryan grew up in Plainview, attended West Texas A&M for one year on a football scholarship, and then transferred to Texas Tech to finish his education. Ryan lived in Austin for 15 years, working as a mortgage loan officer there until 2021, when he decided to move back home. Ryan has a large family that all reside on the South Plains. He enjoys attending all Texas Tech sporting events and rooting for the Red Raiders. He loves going to the lake on the weekends, trips to the beach, and working out.
